Terms and Conditions – OP Chernobyl Giveaway

Organizer

The organizer of the giveaway is Airsoft Helden GmbH, Hauptstraße 7, 61462 Königstein im Taunus.

Eligibility

Eligible participants are natural persons aged 18 and over with residence in Germany. Employees of Airsoft Helden GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Participation

Participation in the giveaway is automatic upon the purchase of a ticket for the OP Chernobyl event (October 8–11, 2026, in Mahlwinkel) via the official online ticket shop. Tickets purchased up to and including October 7, 2026, will automatically be entered into the draw. Separate registration is not required. Each person participates in the draw only once, regardless of the number of tickets purchased.

Prize

The prize is an LCT Rifle Dynamics Quickhatch. Cash payment or other forms of prize disbursement are excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

Winner Determination

The winner will be drawn after October 7, 2026, by a random process from all eligible ticket purchasers. The drawing will take place digitally.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email to the email address provided during ticket purchase. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.

Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the giveaway and prize handover and will not be passed on to third parties. The data protection regulations of Airsoft Helden GmbH apply.

Miscellaneous

Legal recourse is excluded. The organizer reserves the right to change or prematurely terminate the giveaway at any time for important reasons. This applies in particular if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.
