- Arrival & Registration: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

- Night game: 8:30 PM - max. 12:00 AM
SATURDAY
- Arrival & Registration 8:00 - 10:00 am
- Chronograph: 8:00 - 10:00 AM
- Catering: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Briefing of the parliamentary groups: 10:15 - 10:30 a.m.
- Relocating to HQs: 10:30 - 11:00 AM
- Match day: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Game ends & return to the venue: 5:00 PM
SUNDAY
- Departure: by 11 a.m.
